- Develop a mini SWOT analysis of your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Strengths in order to exceed your competition.
As this session evolves we will start to identify important communication elements such as your strapline and other positioning statements.
At the end of this session you will receive a document detailing everything from the half day session. This is so you can add to this document as your business grows and use it to develop your marketing strategy.
