‘Artificial-Grass for Sports and Landscaping’ Artificial Grass brochure design.

Client: GREENACRES Artificial Grass.

GREENACRES Artificial Grass produce a unique range of ultra-realistic synthetic surfaces for landscaping, garden and sports facilities.

 

The Brief

Leeds design agency markedperception having met the directors of GREENACRES initially at a trade show in Birmingham were hired to help enhance GREEANACRES brand positioning and were asked to concept, design and artwork a Artificial Grass brochure design along with a suite of several leaflets that could be handed out at trade shows and mailed to prospects.

 

The Idea

Creating a number of bespoke illustrations we introduced a sequence of silhouette’s that would represent each service offering including:

 

• A Hockey Player to promote Sports Surfaces

• A Golfer to advertise a range of golf mats and replica playing golf surfaces

• Children Playing to publicize  their range of OPTIMA DEK Bamboo Composite Decking

• A Gardener to market their wide range of ultra-realistic, low maintenance grass.

• A Dog to promote their easy clean Puppi Loo

 

Each of the characters would be used to identify each service sector and would be used individually on the cover of each service leaflet, on the individual pages of their website and collectively on their general brochure and delivery vehicles.

It was also suggested these characters could be made into acrylic white free standing, 3D display stands that could house their sales literature and i-Pads displaying their website, products and services. Each 3D character would be positioned on their exhibitions stand at all future trade events in front of a backdrop of artificial grass to make an eye-catching and interactive stand visitors could walk around, browse and enjoy the experience.

 

The Result

Greenacres Artificial Grass brochure design. Developing the content, writing the copy and  art directing a selection of the photographic  images while carefully sourcing and selecting additional suitable pictures from a stock image library which we purchased ad digitally retouched there was a seamless synergy between them all.

GREENACRES  wanted the overall look to be unique, bespoke, premium and customized to their brand. Willing to spend that little extra on the finished and print production we embossed each individual strand of grass on the outer front and back cover to give the feel and texture of grass.

Since the delivery of their brochure markedperception have gone on to design and produce further  graphics, and will be working closely with AT Industries Ltd their sister company on new marketing materials and branded communications….watch this space! After a successful start to the partnership markedperception are delighted to be now assigned as GREENACRES Design Agency.

 

As a modestly-sized company we didn’t have a huge marketing budget to spend, but we had identified that our brochures needed some updating. Marked Perception tailored a package to suit our needs and helped us create a sleek and attractive new design that better reflects the quality products and services that we offer .

As Creative Director Mark Womersley’s experience and creativity heavily influenced us in choosing our final design. By outsourcing our brochure production, which we previously did in-house, it allowed us to benefit from his  wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field.

Mark and his team offered a personable service, working alongside us and incorporating our ideas with their own.

When we were working to tight deadlines they did everything in their power to ensure we had the brochures & leaflets when we needed them.

Mark took the time to learn about our business and understand exactly what it was we required. We were happy to undergo further projects as we found him and the whole of Marked Perception to be very genuine and always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the end result.

After designing and printing our initial brochure and leaflets, we were so pleased with the results, we have commissioned Mark Perception to design and print 2 more brochures for other areas of our business. We feel that we now have marketing material that reflects the quality of our business and generates an excellent initial perception of our company.
