‘A clean you can trust’ Commercial Cleaning Brochure

Client: Hallmark Cleaning Services Essex Ltd.

Hallmark  cleaning services are tailor made to meet the needs of every individual client and customer ensuring that everyone is satisfied and pleased with works completed.

 

The Brief

Leeds design agency markedperception were briefed by Hallmark to concept, design and artwork a tactile  Commercial Cleaning Brochure Folder that could be mailed to potential residential and commercial customers.

The aim to produce a brochure that was clean and professional to set them apart from their competitors, while being informal to educate their market on their service offering.

 

The Idea

When designing there commercial cleaning brochure aimed at a variety of business sectors it was important to focus the readers attention to Hallmark’s main areas of service. To achieve this we designed the middle page section to address each key service area equal. The six areas included:

 

• Education

• Medical

• Commercial

• Residential

• Work

• Retail

 

Each section of the commercial cleaning brochure displaying a bespoke image that represented the service environment along with a child, employee, family member or shopper that would be present in each environment, helping the reader engage and connect with what Hallmark has to offer.

A ‘Feel Good’ sub header was also assigned to each service to provide an overall benefit.

 

The Result

From initial concepts to design ad artwork. Developing the content, writing the copy and  art directing a selection of the photographic  images while carefully sourcing and selecting additional suitable pictures from a stock image library which we purchased ad digitally retouched there was a common theme between them all.

Hallmark  wanted the overall look to be bespoke, premium and informative, while being friendly and engaging. With emphasis being made to what their client’s say and a strong call to action the folder brochure was designed to hold additional literature, quotes and agreements.

Happy to spend that little extra on the finishing and print production we eventually after discussing and suggesting unique finishes embossed the front outer cover to bring the white uncoated paper to life and intensify the look and feel so people would pick it up and read the content.

 

The brochures look great, we are delighted with them. Thanks for all your hard work
